Jamie is a recently retired law enforcement professional who, has enjoyed playing pool since high school. With his ‘golden years’ on the horizon, in late 2019 Jamie decided to do a Google search for ‘pool table sales and service’ and found West State Billiards. Jamie stopped by our showroom in Fullerton and, whilst touring our 15,000 square foot showroom floor, stumbled onto the, California House ‘Loft’ model pool table; the perfect table for his game-room. To match his British interior accents, he decided on the ‘distressed lager’ wood finish with ‘academy blue’, Championship Cloth. Jamie’s Service Experience
From our showroom floor, Donny Wessels assisted Jamie to decide on design, delivery, scheduling and pricing so that he could leave us knowing that his new, California House, table would be coming soon. Upon delivery, Jamie’s table was set up by Julio Lopez, a table mechanic with over 30 years of experience in the industry who, for the past 3 years, has also worked to pass his trade skills on to his son, Anthony Lopez. Within 2 hours of arrival at Jamie’s home, the table was setup and complete.
Jamie states,
“My wife and I have already had several get-together events and enjoyed our time on the new table. We’ve received many compliments and I thoroughly enjoy playing pool at home with friends again.
